Please address each issue below. 1) The 731 form is not complete and the product description is a bit vague please address the follow ing items. A) Please verify the FCC ID grantee number. Y ou have uploaded files state it as P3M but the 731 form states it as PXU. Please provide the correct FCC Grantee code B) Please verify the FCC ID number, the file states it as P3MI but the 731 form states it as PXU- C-Pen10. We need the correct FCC ID number before we can upload it to the FCC. C) Please fill out completely sections 2 parts #2 and 3 of the 731 form addressing technical and non technical contact information. (note if section 3 non technical is the same as the technical information there is no need to fill that out completely, just list it as “same as technical contact”. This information is needed as part of the application. D) Please fill out Part 9a of section 2 of the 731 form (name of the test lab) E) Please fill out section 3 completely including the Rule part this device operate under. F) Please fill out section 4 dealing with the agency information completely. 2) You will need to apply for a FCC Registration Number for your company before we can upload it to the FCC. The letter must request confidentiality under sections the Commission Rules section 0.457(d)(1)(.ii) and 0.459 of the commission rules and applies only to the following items, schematics, block diagram, parts list and theory of operation (providing theory of operation contains information w hich would hurt the applicant by giving specific information to the competitor). This letter must be signed and dated by the applicant and must have the applicants letter head on it. 11) Review ing the report one of the pictures reference’s a ferrite bead on the cable. Please provide the follow ing. A) Was the ferrite bead placed on the device to bring it into compliance during the test or was it originally designed in? B) Will the ferrite bead be molded into the cable or will the manufacturer provide a ferrite bead in the package and instructions on how and w here to place it on the cable.
