Dear Timothy, Thank you for your kindly advise. We have modified the document as per your review comments and have the file attached for your review. Please see the explanation below: 1) Our client provided the modified Block diagram. Please find the "Block diagram-revise" as file upload to ATCB website for you review. 2) We modified the label per your requirement. Please find the "label-revise" as file upload ATCB website for you review. 3) The control signal is a pulse modulation. Our client explain the operator procedure as follows: Shall be input keynumber + the"ENTRY" to open/close the door. When operator press key number it can not emission frequency. Only press the "ENTRY" it can emission frequency. 4) Because of there's no spurious emission was found above the spectrum analyzer's noise floor, thus we did not show any dat above 1GHz. 5) We modified the page 41 of user manual. Please find the "User's manual-revise" as file upload ATCB website for you review. If your have further question, please feel free to let me know. Thank your & Gook luck for your~~ Best Regards Sunny Liu/ Intertek From: "Sunny Liu Labtest-EMC" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Subject: Rexon Industrial Corp. Ltd. American Telecommunications Certification Body Inc. 6731 Whittier Ave, McLean, VA 22101 April 11, 2004 RE: Rexon Industrial Corp., Ltd. FCC ID: P66GDK02 After a review of the submitted information, I have a few comments on the above referenced Application. 1) The block diagram appears to be for an entire system and does not appear to be for the device being approved. Additionally it appears to include a RX but not include a TX. Additionally, the block diagram should show the frequencies of all oscillators in the TX device (CFR 2.1033(a)(5)). Please provide the correct block diagram for the TX. 2) Please justify the use of the DoC labeling information (FCC logo). This labeling is reserved for particular approvals that do not appear to apply to this application (PC Peripheral, Stand alone RX, etc.). If proper justification can not be provided, please remove the FCC logo from the labeling. 3) It appears that the device may only be sending data. Please explain what types of control signals are being sent to meet the requirements of 15.231(a). Note that it appears that maybe a control signal is not necessary to be sent with each button press. Please explain. 4) The test report does not appear to contain any data > 1 GHz. Please explain. 5) The FCC shown on page 41 of the users manual does not appear correct. Timothy R. Johnson Examining Engineer mailto: [email protected] The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information may result in application termination. Correspondence should be considered part of the permanent submission and may be viewed from the Internet after a Grant of Equipment Authorization is issued. Please do not respond to this correspondence using the email reply button. In order for your response to be processed expeditiously, you must submit your documents through the AmericanTCB.com website.
