49.860MHZ Transmitter Operational Description The Catapult Stunt R/C radio control transmitter is a low powered, hand held unit for controlling the movement of a toy car the transmitter is powered by a 9V battery ,it is designed to operate on a single fixed frequency in the 49.860MHZ band .please see the attached block diagram and schematic. Transmitter is using a five-function Remote Control Encorder-SPRC205A integrated circuit, the SPRC205A is able to encode five sequences of binary information into a serial bit-stream data. When push any one of the button keys, it will have digital control signals, via built-in crystal oscillator and power amplifier, circuit comprised of a crystalX1the RF carrier signal is modulated by digital control signal form U1s pinRFO the modulated output of pinRFO is capacitively coupled via C7 to the antenna through a pi matching network comprised of C8 C9 and L5 the antenna is permanently, All tuning and verifications are performed by the manufacturer and there are no adjustments that can be made by the User. The EUT is powered by 9V battery. There are two control stick in the front of EUT. When the forward or backward control stick pushed once, it will transmit a radio frequency for receiver going forward or backward. When the left or right control stick pushed once, it will transmit a radio frequency for receiver going left or right. The brief circuit description is listed as follows : - X1 and associated circuit act as crystal oscillator. - Q1 and associated circuit act as voltage readjust. - U1 and associated circuit act as encoder. - R9 and associated circuit act as oscillator for encoder. - L3, L4 and associated circuit act as filter modulator. 1.2 Related Submittal Grants This is a single application for certification of a transmitter. The receiver for this transmitter is authorized by Certification procedure.
