Liou Sent: Friday, January 17, 2003 12:23 AM To: Mike Kuo Subject: Re: ATO Technology Ltd., FCC ID:P9P0030211, AN02T2489 Hello Mike, For your questions, Ans. #1: Please find attached file "91r09-068-04hopping.pdf" for revised test report. The 20dB bandwidth plots and test data were revised. There is another mistake in the former test report. The data and plots of "channel bandwidth" and "separation of adjacent channel" were misplaced. This mistake is also corrected in the revised test report. Ans. #2: Please refer to attached file "PowerDensityPlots.pdf" for test plots. Ans. #3: Please refer to attached file "Exhibit-E-User_Manual(revised).pdf" for revised user manual. Ans. #4: The power can be controlled by software automatically according to the connection situation. When the connection is weak the power will be adjusted in the range of rated high and low power level. The "HI" and "LO" power data in the test report are measured with the power adjusted to highest and lowest level respectively. For conducted output power measurement, the power was adjusted to the highest level. Please contact me if there is any problem. Thank you very much! Best regards, S. S.
