User Manual RC Savage Car YD2013 Use instruction 1) Turn the power switch of car-body to “ON” position; 2) When the user control the control stick, the LED light will be turn on; When the light is turning dimmer, the batteries are to be replaced; 3) Operate the handle of the controller, the car can move Forward and Backward clockwise. After play, turn the power switches of car-body to “OFF” position. Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: -- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. -- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. -- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. -- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. The manufacturer is not responsible for any radio or TV interference caused by unauthorized modifications to this equipment such modifications could void the user authority to operate the equipment. Model: YD2013 (Transmitter portion) Technical Description of Transmitter The transmitter is operating at 49.860 MHz as dictated by a crystal. The EUT has two forward or backward control levers to control the left wheel and right wheel of the receiver. The circuit of the transmitter comprises of, 1. Encodi ng circuit Consisting: IC1 (HEADER 7X2) 2. RF Oscillator Consisting: TX1 (49.860MHz) 3. Amplifier and modulator Consisting: Q1 4. Filter Consisting: C9, L1,C3 5. Power Supply Consisting: One 9.0V battery The transmitter uses an external, integral and non-detachable antenna. The nominal rated field strength is 72.6dBuV/m @ 3m Production tolerance of field strength is +/- 3dB Antenna gain is 0dBi

Analysis Report Report No.: 13041374HKG-001 The Equipment Under Test (EUT) is a transmitter of a RC Car operating at 49.860 MHz as dictated by a crystal. The EUT is powered by a 9.0 V DC source (1 x 9V battery). The EUT has two forward or backward control levers to control the left wheels and right wheel of the receiver. After switching ON the EUT and the receiver of the RC Car, activating the control levers on the EUT can control the receiver moving forward, backward, left or right. Antenna Type: External integral antenna Antenna Gain: 0dBi Nominal rated field strength: 72.6dBμV/m at 3m Maximum allowed field strength of production tolerance: +/- 3dB According to the KDB 447498: Based on the Maximum allowed field strength of production tolerance was 75.6dBμV/m at 3m in frequency 49.860MHz, thus; The EIRP = [(FS*D) ^2*1000 / 30] = 0.011mW Thus; Conducted power = Radiated Power (EIRP) – Antenna Gain So; Conducted Power = 0.011mW. The SAR Exclusion Threshold Level for 49.860MHz when the minimum test separation distance is < 50mm: = [474 * (1 + log100/f(MHz))]/2 = 308.6mW Since the above conducted output power is well below the SAR Exclusion Threshold level, so the EUT is considered to comply with SAR requirement without testing.
