Note that 15.33 states this device must be investigated up to 40 GHz. Please explain. 3) The base has more functions than simply a TX. The users manual therefore is missing information regarded by 15.105. Please revise. 4) The Base appears large enough that the label should include the 2 part FCC statements from 15.19(a)(3).
