Firefly Lighting Co., Ltd Compact Fluorescent LampFCC ID : PGE-FB52 Page 20 CAUTIONS AND INSTRUCTION FOR Model BU5-25W BU4-20/14W BH4-11X FB52-14 1. Never drop or strike the lamp. 2. The lamp should not be disassembled or modified. 3. Never hold the glass tube by hand when installing. 4. Use only on 120Vac,60Hz. Never use with a direct current, Otherwise the lamp will stop working. 5. Use indoors at a room temperature ranging from 41°F(5°C) to 95°F(35°C). 6. Never use where water may drop on the lamp . 7. Never use in front of or over a room heater ,make sure that the lamp is firmly screwed into the socket. Otherwise, the lamp may drop or result in an electric disconnection. 8. When the lamp is switched on ,dark spots may be observed around the tube-end. This is normal . To prevent risk of a burn, never touch the lamp with bare hands or face while in operation. 9. Contains traces of mercury, Avoid throwing out spent bulbs in the household trash. To reduce the risk of bulb breakage and contamination, wrap the bulb in a sealed plastic bag. Never incinerate bulbs. Check for local disposal or recycling programs that accept spent bulbs. A short circuit fuse is built into this lamp. If it is damaged do not attempt to disassemble or repair the lamp. Added weight may cause instability of free-standing portable lamps. Use only with portable lamps in which the distance from the bottom of the base to the top of the lamp holder does not exceed three (3) times minimum base width. This device is not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures or emergency lights. 10. Added weight of the device may cause instability of a free-standing portable lamp. Use only with portable table lamps in which the distance from the bottom of the base to the top of the lampholder does not exceed three(3) times minimum base width. Use only with portable table lamps which are provided with lamp shades. 11. Use Only in dry location. 12. Not for use where exposed to the weather(Ne pas faire fonctionner dans un eplacement expose aux intemperies). 13. Not for use in luminaries controlled by a dimmer(Ne pas relier a un luminaire commande par aux grandateur). 14.Not for use in totally enclosed recessed luminaries(Ne pas installer dans des luminaries encastre non ventile).
