FCC ID:PGN40060 To Whom It May Concern:: In communication with the test lab they stated that the definition of the pulse duration averaging that is in the test report has been accepted by the FCC laboratory in the past in place of a plot showing the average on time within 100mSeconds. The definition provided in the test report supports the averaging that was used. There was a discussion about the 2 part warning statement being on the EUT, but there is not a surface large enough to put it since it is not allowed to put it on the battery compartment door. Initially we thought that the prohibition on toys extended to the 15.231(e) but upon further review it does not. Sincerely, Sid Sanders
