Question #1: Please provide operational description. ---> please see attached file (Operational.doc) Question #2: The EUT in the test setup photo does not agree with the external photos. Please explain. ---> Sorry, we made a mistake when our engineer took the external photo, he put the wrong project no. paper ! please see my revise file ! Question #3: For Pulsed modulation, the average reading=peak+(20logM%) based upon section 15.35( C ). Since the reported peak readings above 1GHz are below average limits, additional average measurements or justification is not necessary. Please provide revised test report by removing all average measurement above 1GHz. ---> please see the revised test report. Question #4: Proposed FCC ID label format does not contain FCC ID number. Please provide revised FCC ID label format ---> Sorry, our word file can see the FCC ID, but I don't know why PDF can not, anyway, I revised them already, please see revised file ! Operational Description

NOSTART USER MANUAL & PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS GENERAL DESCRIPTION The NOSTART relay system is designed to replace existing vehicle relays in order to provide vehicle immobilisation. No installation work is required, all compatible vehicle relays are removed from the factory designed socket and a NOSTART relay is simply inserted into the empty socket. Specific vehicle notes may be found at www.nostart.com . DISARMING Remote systems: to disarm a NOSTART relay, simply turn the vehicle’s ignition switch to the ON position and press the main button on a valid remote control. On some vehicles the system can be disarmed without the ignition being on. PROGRAMMING NEW REMOTE CONTROL 1. NOSTART Relay must be armed 2. Turn ignition to full crank position. 3. Press small button on master remote control. 4. Press large button on new remote control to be coded vehicle should start immediately. Note: Please ensure manual vehicles are in neutral and place foot on the clutch. EMERGENCY OVERRIDE An individual override procedure card is provided with every NOSTAR Relay.
