How to use C-Blue 3-1. Battery Charging a. C-Blue can be charged either at car or home by using car charger or AC/DC adaptor. b. Connect the charger's plug into the DC power input of C-Blue. c. When the battery status icon appears, battery starts charging. * When battery mark is blinking after the battery status bar disappeared, battery needs to be recharged. blinking * When the charging is on battery mark will be displayed. * When the charging is completed the battery mark will disappear 56 3-2. Turning on & off. a. To turn on the C-Blue, press and hold the " button" for 3 seconds when the unit is off. Calling icon and Pairing icon will appear on the lightened LCD panel. b. To turn off the C-Blue, press and hold the " button" for 3 seconds when the unit is on. 3-3. Paring with Bluetooth mobile phones a. Press " button" for 3 seconds to do the "pairing" with bluetooth phones. * If you want to cancel the pairing, press " button" three times * Unless handsfree profile is not connected, press the " button" one more time. * If you want to connect to the "smart phone" or "PDA" which has only headset profile, press the " button" one more time. b. When the search icon ( ) is blinking in the LCD panel, please start pairing in your mobile phone. (Please refer to your mobile phone user's manual for phone pairing procedure.) * Bluetooth icon ( ) indicates connection status between C-Blue and mobile phone. If the icon disappears, please press call button to connect again. c. When the phone asks for pass code, enter "XXXX" d. When the pairing and connection to the phone is completed search icon blinking disappears and the bluetooth icon ( ) will appear in the LCD panel. 3-4. Making a call. a. handset dialing When the connection is on, press the " button" and the handset wave mark ( ) will appear in the LCD display, which means that you are ready to dial numbers with your handset. 78 b. Voice dialing (Available only when using voice dialing featured phones) After the beep sound is heard, please say a voice name or voice tag of a person to call. * Please refer to the voice dialing procedure in your phone manual c. Last call re-dialing Press " button" and the handset wave mark ( ) will appear in the LCD display, which means that you are ready call d. Ending a call Press " button" to end call conversation. b. Ending a call Press " button" to end call conversation. c. Rejecting a call Press " button" while it rings. d. Transfering audio Handset C-Blue : Press " button" of the C-Blue during talking C-Blue Handset : Press " button" of the C-Blue during talking 3-6. Volume adjustment Rotate the volume switch to adjust the volume. 3-7. Installation Insert the sun visor clip to the fixing grove of C-Blue unit before mounting on the sun visor in your car. Fix the C-Blue on the sun visor at the proper position for more comfortable use. 3-5. Answering a call a. Answering a call Press " button" when it rings. You can make a conversation through C-Blue unit. 9 Press end button for 3 seconds to check if the C-Blue is power-on. If it is on, you are now ready to use it. 4.
