The device has an integrated antenna and the system concepts used are the GSM 900, GSM 1800 and PCS 1900 standards including GPRS Class 8 The objective of the measurements done by IMST was the dosimetric assessment of one device in the PCS 1900 standard with and without cam. The examinations have been carried out with the dosimetric assessment system ÑDASY4ì. The measurements were made according to the Supplement C to OET Bulletin 65 of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Guidelines [OET 65] for evaluating compliance of mobile and portable devices with FCC limits for human exposure (general population) to radiofrequency emissions. All measurements have been performed in accordance to the recommendations given by SPEAG. The Siemens AX72 mobile phone (FCC ID: PWX-AX72) is in compliance with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Guidelines [OET 65] for uncontrolled exposure. The phone was tested in addition to the head positions in the following configurations: Body worn with the following accessories: • GSM with and without headset (0mm distance) • GPRS (Class 8) with data cable (0mm distance) prepared by: ........................................... reviewed by: ..................................... Power listed is EIRP. This filing is only applicable for GSM 1900 operations. This mobile contains 900 MHz and 1800 MHz function that is not operational in U.S. Territories. SAR compliance for body-worn operating configurations is limited to the specific configuration tested for filing. Body-worn operations are restricted to belt-clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic components. End-users must be provided with the appropriate information for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Highest reported SAR values are: Head: 0.53 W/kg, Body: 1.40 W/kg
