The device has an integrated antenna and the system concepts used are the GSM 900, GSM 1800 and PCS 1900 standards including GPRS Class 8. The objective of the measurements done by IMST was the dosimetric assessment of one device in the PCS 1900 standard with slider up and down. The examinations have been carried out with the dosimetric assessment system ÑDASY4ì. The measurements were made according to the Supplement C to OET Bulletin 65 of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Guidelines [OET 65] for evaluating compliance of mobile and portable devices with FCC limits for human exposure (general population) to radiofrequency emissions. All measurements have been performed in accordance to the recommendations given by SPEAG. The Siemens CF110 mobile phone (FCC ID: PWX-CF110) is in compliance with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Guidelines [OET 65] for uncontrolled exposure. The phone was tested in addition to the head positions in the following configurations: Body worn with the following accessories: • GSM without accessory, slider up and down (15 mm distance) • GSM with headset, slider up and down (15 mm distance) • GPRS (Class 8) with data cable, slider up and down (15 mm distance) prepared by: ........................................... reviewed by: ..................................... Using a special adapter and connecting the phone to an appropriate load in terms of the input port of the measurement equipment used, we hereby report the values for highest power setting. 2 Device under test Mobile Phone: Siemens CF76 (GSM850/PCN1800/PCS1900) Frequency Range GSM 850: 824– 894 MHz Frequency Range GSM 1800: 1710 – 1880 MHz Frequency Range GSM 1900: 1850 – 1990 MHz Siemens Part Number: S30880-S6090-* There are 10 devices has been tested listed in “Chapter 4 Test Result”. 3 Measurement Set-up Figure 1: Block Diagram of set-up for conducted power measurement Base Station Simulator DUT Special Adapter Base Station Simulator CMU 200 Serial Number 105851 Software Version Base 3.61 / GSM 3.61 Calibration Certification Annex 1 Test Voltage: 4.0 V Temperature: Room Temperature Page 3 / 7 Siemens Communications, Inc. Power listed is EIRP. This filing is only applicable for GSM 1900 operations. This mobile contains 900 MHz and 1800 MHz function that is not operational in U.S. Territories. SAR compliance for body-worn operating configurations is limited to the specific configuration tested for filing. Body-worn operations are restricted to belt-clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic and a minimum distance of 15 mm to the body. End-users must be provided with the appropriate information for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Highest reported SAR values are: Head: 0.344 W/kg, Body: 1.15 W/kg
