The device has an integrated antenna and the system concepts used are the GSM 900, GSM 1800 and PCS 1900 standards including GPRS Class 10. The objective of the measurements done by IMST was the dosimetric assessment of one device in the PCS 1900 standard with open flip. The examinations have been carried out with the dosimetric assessment system „DASY4“. The measurements were made according to the Supplement C to OET Bulletin 65 of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Guidelines [OET 65] for evaluating compliance of mobile and portable devices with FCC limits for human exposure (general population) to radiofrequency emissions. All measurements have been performed in accordance to the recommendations given by SPEAG. The Siemens CF75 mobile phone (FCC ID: PWX-CF75) is in compliance with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Guidelines [OET 65] for uncontrolled exposure. The phone was tested in addition to the head positions in the following configurations: • Body worn with the following accessories and 15 mm distance: GSM with headset GPRS (Class 10) with data cable prepared by: ....................................... reviewed by: ........................................ Power transmission and proper modulation. This paragraph contains Burst Average conducted output power and EIRP measurements for the EUT. In all cases, output power is within the specified limits. Method of Measurements: The EUT was set up for the max. Output power with pseudo random data modulation. The power was measured with R&S Spectrum Analyzer ESIB 40 (peak) These measurements were done at 3 frequencies, 1850.2 MHz, 1880.0 MHz and 1909.8 MHz (bottom, middle and top of operational frequency range) CETECOM Inc. Power listed is EIRP. This filing is only applicable for 1900 MHz PCS. This device contains 900/1800 MHz GSM functions that are not operational in U.S. Territories. Body-worn operations are restricted to manufacturers accessories designed and supplied for this product or to belt-clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic component in the assembly and a minimum distance of 15 mm to the body. End-users must be provided with the appropriate information for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The highest reported SAR values are: Head = 0.949 W/kg; Body = 0.273 W/kg.
