" Question #2: User manual does not include statement required per section 15.21 of FCC rules for PC peripheral device. Please provide revised user manual to address this requirement. Question #3: Please provide antenna gain (in 850 MHz band and 1900 MHz ). Question #4: The GSM/GPRS transmitter module is an approved transmitter module under FCC ID:QIPMC56 can be used with mobile device per section 2.1091 of rules as long as the antenna gain in 850 MHz band is less than 1.4dBi and in 1900 MHz is less than 7dBi. As illustrated in the FCC ID label format, this device is labeled with " contains FCC ID:QIPMC56" which complies with modular approval label guideline for the final host device. In addition, FCC Part15B portion is utilizing FCC DoC procedure to address product compliance. What is the purpose of this application? Please explain. All measurements in this report are done in GSM mode. Device is able to transmit data in GPRS mode also. But because the current measurements are performed in PEAK mode no other results from GPRS mode are possible. The only different is the modulation average power, which is 3 dB higher (by using 2 timeslots in the Up-link (GPRS mode 10)). Remarks: Test setup :The sample was tested in a special test board to bring power to the card and connect RF over a special coax connector to a standard coax adapter. For radiated measurements we used a standard magnetic dualband mobile antenna mounted on a metal plate to get comparative results.
