RE: FCC ID Q9FPX666 Applicant: Holzberg Communications, Inc. 731 Confirmation Number: EA108919 Mr. Lyles: This is in response to correspondence received on September 19 regarding the Holzberg project. We have identified and resolved those items of concern and they are addressed below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and request that you proceed with all deliberate haste on our clients behalf. Thank you. 1. Photos showing the 2 1/2โ L x ยพโW Plastic belt clip attached to the PX666 unit with belt clip instructions for installation are on page 6 of the manual. 2. SAR data is not required for this radio device. Operating instructions and labeling information apply as part of the 47CFR 2.1033(c)(3) section and is included in the manual. 3. There was an error made in the EMC test report. The PX666 measures out at 3.8 watts. 4. I believe that there was an error made on the 731. I believe that we checked number 5 as Certification. In question number 8 we answered 8 c-e. This was in- correct according to the directions for certification. We did not need to answer 8c-e. 5. My client would like to decline the confidentiality option attached to this product. 6. Again there was an error on the 731. The PX666 is not a software defined radio. The end user is not capable and does not possess the software to change the frequencies on the PX666. Picture #1 with (belt clip 2 ยฝโL x ยพโW) attached Picture #2 with belt clip attached
