Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communication. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. Such modifications could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. DiVACess DiVA-PT 3 Starting What is the DiVA -PT? This is a application program for Pocket PC using by presentation data files made from Microsoft PowerPoint. After converting .ppt files made in the desktop PC using by desktop converting program, it could be proceed any kind of presentation through Pocket PC. System Requirements Pocket PC : - Windows CE 3.0 or up version - Min.1 MB storage (MFC library 820KB included) - PCMCIA or CompactFlash socket Desktop PC : - Windows 9x, ME, NT 4.0, 2000/XP. - ActiveSync Version 3.0 or up version - Microsoft® PowerPoint® 2000 or up version DiVACess DiVA-PT 4 Program feature Desktop PC : - Simple using interface: Even the beginner could access it through very simple user interface without extra specific education. - It is possible to convert DiVA-PT files easily because it has applied same as Windows explorer system - It is possible to do preview converted files on DiVA-PT converting program. - It is provided with Powerpoint file drag and drop function of DiVA-PT converting program. - An user can change resolution (240x180, -, 1024x768) Pocket PC : - We can see the simply organized display of all files just if it has selected DiVA-PT files - It is being censored automatically the external output equipments such as external monitors, projectors, etc which are connected to Pocket PC - In case of doing presentation using by external output equipment, it is enable to skip any other slides at one’s option. - Presentation speaker ink annotation provided. - It is provided with view function in screen or image size in order to add more detail explanation on the big display. - Also, it is provided panning function if the user want to see big slide in the image size. DiVACess DiVA-PT 5 Desktop DiVA-PT Converter Outside view Figure 1 Navigation bar Slide Contents lists Powerpoint file explorer DiVACess DiVA- PT 6 Navigation Bar - The navigation bar is a kind of tool which is using checking current selected .ppt files for converting in regular order. - Please click tool when you want to see the earliest slide. Also, if you want to the latest slide, please click the opposite one. - As well, you can see the slides what you want if you click in order to see fore one from each slides or, click in order to see back one from each slides. Slide contents list & Status bar - It can be showed each slides in the tree structure. - If you click “Slide contents list”, it will be shown as figure 3 The earliest/latest Forward/backward for each Title for each slides Slide number File name It ’s showed what number is out of every slides Figure 2 Figure 3 DiVACess DiVA-PT 7 - The “Slide numbers” as shown on the figure 3 are indicating slide’s ordering. - “ The file and path names are showing on the left side on the status bar. - In contrary, every slides and selected location currently are showing on the right side on the status bar. Power point explorer - This is a power point file explorer which is having icon formats as same as general explorer. - If you choose the .ppt file location through the above explorer window, it will be showed .ppt files only at specific folder from the below list view. The selected files from list view are indicated on the quick view display. window List view Figure 4 DiVACess DiVA-PT 8 Converting to DiVA –PT file format - Please do select files through powerpoint explorer in order to convert to DiVA-PT file format.(In this time, you can select .ppt files with drag and drop function on Windows explorer) - Please check and confirm whether the selected files are for doing presentation with converting or not. - You can see the following menu if you click the mouse right button at the preview display. Figure 5 DiVACess DiVA- PT 9 - If you choose the size what you want, it is showed saving location and the dialog box for inputing file names. - It will be made DiVA-PT files on the selected location if you click save button after selecting path and file names what you want. - The files which were made are transmit to Pocket PC by Microsoft Active Sink Programme.
