<Function> 1. Power Button : ON/OFF 2. Frequency UP / DOWN Button - Press the button shortly : 0.1MHz - Press and hold : 1.0 MHz 3. Auto ON / OFF - This is automatically ON/OFF the FM Transmission function, depending on the mode of portable multi device. Whenever portable multi device in pause or play off modes, the FM transmission function will automatically go off in 55 seconds. - Even when FM transmission is off mode, FM transmission will automatically turned on, if portable multi device is in play mode (when the using the battery, the auto on is not available) . Connect the AudiaX to the earphone jack of portable audio device using 3.5 cord. (i.e. portable CD Player, MP3 Player and etc) 2. Press the On/Off button over 1 sec for start * When using cigar power adapter, the AudiaX will be tune on always when the audio device is playing 3. Tune your FM radioโ€™s frequency to the empty channel or a channel weak broadcasting signal. 4. Press Up/Down button on the AudiaX to select the transmission frequency chosen in step3 5. And enjoy the audio sound * If thereโ€™s no input signal over 55 sec, the AudiaX will be turned off automatically o THIS DEVICE COMPLIES WITH PART 15 OF THE FCC RULES. FCC ID: QDNDGT301 We, SK TECH CO., LTD. would like to answer to the following questions for requesting by the TCB. 1. How does the device operate? - Connect the device to the earphone jack of a portable audio device. - Press the On/Off button over 1 sec for start. - Tune the FM transmitting frequency to the empty channel with pressing Up/Down button. - The audio signals from a typical audio player will be transmitted at the tuned FM frequency. 2. Provide information on the device and its antenna. Product FM transmitter(portable) Transmitting frequency 88.1 MHz ~ 107.9 MHz (100 kHz step) Power Source 1.5 V AAA battery(ร— 1) or 12 V battery on a vehicle Audio input rating 1.0 Vpp Antenna Integral(Fixed Stereo Cable, 3.5 ฯ†) The product uses the antenna as a stereo audio cable and the length of the antenna is extensible from about 0.2 m up to maximum 0.8 m. 3. How is it installed? Connecting the device to the earphone jack of a portable audio device. Power source is either 1.5 V alkaline battery or DC 12 V via cigarette adaptor. when using the cigarette adaptor, the power is fed from the cigarette adaptor regardless of the of the 1.5 V battery. 4. What test procedure was used? ANSI C63.4:2003 was used as the test procedure. To find the worst radiated emissions, for the three operating frequencies, the length of the EUT antenna was varied from 0.2 m to maximum 0.8 m with the polarization, vertical/horizontal. 5. If tested in a car, how was it configured? N/A 6. Was the tuning range properly verified? YES. To verify the maximum tuning range, the tuning controls were manually adjusted. 7. Was the bandwidth properly tested with the maximum audio input? YES. The occupied bandwidth measurements were made using a typical audio file from a typical MP3 player with maximum volume setting. 8. Does the device operate in a vehicle? The product can be operated in a vehicle, however it does not be tested in a car because the device is designed to use an integral antenna(stereo cable) that does not affect open-field radiated emission such as a vehicle's wiring.

Page 1 of 1 SKTTRT-070108-001 FCC ID: QDNDGT301 Operational Description (FM Transmitter function) The EUT is a Portable FM Linker, DGT-301, to be capable of transmitting audio signals from the Earphone jack on it to FM receiver. It operates on frequencies at 88.1 MHz to 107.9 MHz. There are four buttons on it; left side button turns Power ON and middle button change channel UP / DOWN (1 or 0.1 MHz step) and right side button is memory function. See the attached block diagram and schematic. The EUT is powered from a 1.5V battery or 12V battery on vehicles. The EUT includes the DC/DC converter, increasing/decreasing DC voltage into 3.3V. All tuning and verification are performed by the manufacture and there are no adjustments required by the user. No external ground is required or used with this transmitter.
