Pls make sure the power supplier by the Micro USB is DC5V/500mA～1A (2)No Sound Pls adjust the Volume to turn the voice up. (3)No Reaction Pls turn the Micro USB off and the re-open to try again. (4)Bluetooth Connection 1. Even though the Bluetooth Device and Speaker connected well, it still can not play music on the System.
This Speaker cannot play music by Bluetooth when the Line In Cable is there, which means AUX & Bluetooth cannot be operate at the same time, AUX First. 2. The speaker can not play music with the system
PLS check your signal source from the bluetooth or not. 3. After connection, the sound turns to worse.
PLS check the battery and if metal barriers resist or not. 4. The connection of bluetooth and the device not good
Pls get the speaker closer or remove all barriers. 5.Speaker cannot be connected.
