Use a damp cloth only. 11Do not use this unit near water. 12Do not place this unit on an unstable cart, stand or table. The unit may fall, causing serious damage to the product. 13Ensure reliable operation of the product and protect it from overheating. The unit is not to be placed near or over a radiator or heat register, or in a built-in installation. 14This product is to be operated from the type of power indicated on the label. 15Do not allow anything to rest on the power cord. Do not locate the unit where people will walk on the power cord. 16Do not use an extension cord with this unit. It is a multi-service platform that enables power utilities and telecom operators to utilize their communication backbone and electric grid infrastructure to offer their end users a wide range of high-speed telecommunication services through any electrical outlet. By using PLUS, power utilities provide 24-hours, always-on high speed Internet connection from any electrical outlet in their customers' home, as well as home networking and other services. The PLUS system can easily be integrated into any communications infrastructure (e.g. SDH/ATM/IP). It consists of three types of sub-categories: 1. Access units (PLUS backbone) - installed by the power utility along the street's power lines. 2. In-home units - installed by the end users at their home or office ('Plug & Play'). 3. Network Management and Control - installed at the utility's regional control center. In-home units NtPLUS - the NtPLUS (Network Termination) is modem that provides Internet connection between the electrical outlet and the PC (or any other peripheral). The units come with a standard connector to the PC (USB and 10BaseT) Several units can be plugged in to create a home network.
