Roland, This inquiry was forwarded to me for reply. Yes, the external photos, internal photos and users manual can be held confidential but the cover letter requesting confidentiality of these exhibits must justify the reason why they should be afforded confidential treatment. As I see it, the primary reason is for safety of the law enforcement officials not the general public. The fact that marketing is limited to law enforcement agencies only should also be stated in the justification letter. I trust that this has responded to this inquiry.
