Q#3 : This is a manually operated transmitter, it will be deactivated the transmitter less than 4 seconds, please see the page 30 of revised test report. Q#4 : This device is a transceiver, please refer to the page 15-21 of revised test report. Q#5 : Please refer to the attached file, we made a mistake, these photos were made before. Best regards, Rick Hu Question #1: The FCC ID number listed in the test report, TCB application form and request for confidentiality letter does not agrees with FCC ID number listed on the FCC ID label format. Please inform which is correct FCC ID number and revised necessary documents. Question #2: Page 2 of schematic diagram listed the transmitter frequency range as 433.92- 434.33MHz and 315.16 to 433.92MHz. Such frequency mapping does not agree with frequency investigated in the test report. Please explain. Question #3: Section 6.2 of test report indicates that " this transmitter is operated by manual and active time is less than 4 second after being release. " Please explain which manual activation is equipped on the device. In addition, please provide strong technical description to show that this device comply with periodical transmission definition. Question #4: Is this device a transmitter or a transceiver ? Question #5: In the test setup photos, the EUT is equipped with external antenna. However, such external antenna can not be located in the external or internal photos. Please explain. SUR-BU UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROL There are two modes in this device: 1. Receiver Mode: Receive the signal of SUR-47 then control the household appliances. 2. When user push “remote locator” button of SUR-BU, it sends a RF signal to SUR-47 remote control and shows the message on the display.
