Technical parameter of the remote control: 1.1 Working frequency: 433.92Mhz; 1.2 Transmit power: 1.3 Working voltage: 12V23A 1.4 Distance: 15m(free open area); 1.5 Standby current of the sender: 3uA; 2. Technical parameter of the receiver: 2.1 Working frequency: 433.92Mhz; 2.2 Working voltage: 3V DC~7.5VDC; 2.3 Standby current: 380uA; 2.4 Empty current: 45mA 3. Learning method: 3.1 Keep pressing the remote button(any of 1~8) want to learn, at the mean time, press the learn button of the receiver, the led on the receiver will flash one time, means the code has been learnt successfully. Now release the remote button to finish the learning. 2.2 One receiver will learn one button(any of 1~8) only, if learn more than one time, the last learning is the valid one. 2.3 Remote button 1~8 can learn individually with 8 different receivers, they will not affect each other. Remote button 9~12 don’t have learn function. 3. Remove the code: Keep pressing the learn button on the receiver until the LED on it goes from on to extinguish(about 6 seconds), now means the matching code between this receiver and the corresponding remote button has been removed successfully. The code removing is individually, it will not affect the matching of other receiver and corresponding remote button. 4. Operating instruction: Button 1-8 of the remote control is the channel selection, button 9-10 is forward and backward operation, button 11 is power saving button for channel, there is two function on button 12, one is deselect all the channel manually, the other is automatically deselect all the channel if the operator forgot to deselect it after the operations. After the matching, the remote and the receiver will work as following: 4.1. Short press remote buttons(any of 1~8), the LEDs near the button will go on, means the corresponding channels have been selected. But at this moment, the receiver will not work. Press again the selected button, the corresponding LEDs near the button will go off, means the channels have been deselected. 4.2. After the selecte of the channel, press the remote button 9, the top LED for motor working indicator will go on, the selected receivers make the motor go forward. If press remote button 10, the top LED for motor working indicator will go on, the selected receivers make the motor go backward. When release button 9 or 10, the motors stop running, motor working indicating LED goes off. 4.3. After selected the channel, the corresponding LEDs next to the button will go on, but if we press button 11, the selected channel LEDs will go off to enter the status of power saved mode. The power saved mode will not affect the working of the selected channels. Under the status of power saved mode, if we cancel or add some channels, then all the selected LEDs after the cancel or add will go on automatically to remind the operator. Under the status of power saved mode, if we press button 9 or 10 to rotate the motor, the selected LEDs will go on automatically to remind the operator. For example: press button 1, 3, 5, LEDs next to button 1, 3, 5 go on, press button 11, LEDs next to button 1, 3, 5 go off, press again button 1 to deselect channel 1, LEDs next to button 3, 5 go on automatically. Press button 11 to enter the power saving mode of channel LED. Press button 2, 4 to add the channels, LEDs next to button 2, 3, 4, 5 go on. Now press button 11, LEDs next to 2, 3, 4, 5 will go off to inter the power saved mode. Press button 9 or 10, the selected LEDs near 2, 3, 4, 5 go on automatically, top LED will go on too. After the motor finish the working, press button 11, all the LEDs go off. 4.4. Keep pressing button 12 for 3 seconds, the top LED indicator will flash quickly, at the same time, all the selected channels will be cancelled, all the selected channel LEDs will go off. 4.5 When button 1-8 is selected, if the operator forgot to press button 11, or cancel the selected channel, to prevent the waste of the power, button 12 will automatically send 1s of signal to turn off all the selected LED and cancel all the selected channel at 30 seconds after the last operation. 5. Special protection function: 5.1. Limit function: Wiring diagram of the limit switch: When the motor go forward till it touch the limit switch, the motor will stop automatically. Now the limit switch has been pressed, if there is any forward instruction, the motor will not work, it will work only when there is backward instruction. The limit to the backward is the same as forward. 5.2. Avoid false operation: All the buttons except button 9 & 10, if they are pressed for more than 5 seconds, they will not transmit any signal. The button 12 will send signal only after pressing for 3 seconds, to avoid the cancel because of false pressing. 6. Attention: 6.1. There is a definite time for the receiver to do the reaction to the remote, so pls don’t operate the button too quickly, especially button 1-8, it is better if you can press it for each selection for 1 second. 6.2. Turn off the power supply to the receiver if idle for long time, and pull out the battery of the remote.
