Box 370 Newberry, Florida 32669 Re.: Attestation of functionalities of RJ45 port and USB port regarding application for certification of FCC ID: RKT-BTTKV01 To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to confirm functionalities of the RJ45 port and the USB port found on the device bearing the above FCC ID. The RJ45 port is designed to only connect to a commercially available Power-over- Ethernet (PoE) network switch. The device is not designed to be a peripheral device to a Class B personal computer. As such, the RJ45 port shall not be connected to a Class B personal computer in any operating configuration. The RJ45 port receives voltage from the PoE network switch; this is the sole method of receiving power for the device to operate. The device is enabled when the user makes a connection between the RJ45 port and the PoE network switch; this is the sole method of enabling power to the device. The USB port is not designed to be a peripheral deivce to a Class B personal computer. As such, the user shall not connect the USB port to a Class B personal computer during normal operation.
