Now you can listen to favorite mp3 files by car stereo. Plugging your ThumbDrive into Linxcel ThumbDrive D.J and tuning your stereo to the specific FM channels, you can enjoy your digital music immediate. The Linxcel ThumbDrive D.J can read mp3 files stored in storage devices, like ThumbDrive; any audio sources, like portable mp3 player, PDA or CD player. Features Built-in FM stereo transmitter The host controller conforms to Full-speed (12Mb/s) USB Specification, Version 1.1 Supports the USB flash disk device (Version 1.1 or 2.0) with Mass storage class Supports File System including FAT12;BFAT16;BFAT32 Search for whole disk (MP3 File) Input button for Play (Pause), Previous, Next, Channel Select Phone Jack For Stereo audio in One USB Port for charge (+5V 500mA) Transmission frequency (200kHz step) 88.1MHz~88.9MHz,106.7MHz~107.9MHz. Power Dissipation 1.6W Configuration 1. PLAY/PAUSE Attaching pen drive to our Thumbdrive D.J and you will see the LED solid; then Thumbdrive D.J will automatically search for mp3 files stored in pen drive. When the LED is blinking, press PLAY/PAUSE button afterwards. To press PLAY/PAUSE one more time, then it will switch to pause mode. 2. NEXT: Select the next media track. 3. PREV: Select the previous media track. 4. RESET: When system error happened, pressing RESET button to recover it. (All changes will be back to default setting) 5. Channel Select: refer to chart listed as below to select available frequency. Question #2: Per section 15.31 (m) of FCC rules, for the device can tune to more than 10 MHz, the investigation shall be done at low, middle and high frequency channel. In the test report, only the low channel was investigated and reported. Based upon section 3.5 of test report, all 12 channels were investigated, please provide additional test result for 106.7MHz and 107.9MHz . -->Attached please find page 15 of the revised report have added data. Question #3: In the test setup photo, USB cable is connected to the device. What is the support equipment on the other end of USB cable ? -->Attached please find the update setup photo and revised page 18 of the report. Question #4: Page 4 of external photo, it has RCA connector. What is this connector for ? -->We forgot to pass the test mode. Please find page 6 of the revised report. Question #5: The USB connector on the side of EUT with indication of " Power ". Will this device is powered from USB connection or it provide power to external peripheral ? If the device can be powered from external USB device, please provide AC line conducted data per section 15.207 requirement.--> It provides power to external peripheral. Question #6: Section 6.2 of test report, the FCC ID number for Sony Storage device can not be verified via FCC Database. -->It is BSMI code, please find page 9 of the revised report. Question #7: What is the type of modulation used during the tests. Based upon section 13.1.1.1 Applied modulation of ANSI C63.4:2001, " If a device is equipped with input connectors for external modulation, typical modulating signals shall be applied.." In the test report, it is not clear how the audio modulation was applied during the tests. Please explain. -->At MP3 media data from flash drive mode, there is no any external modulation signal. -->At audio signal from walkman mode, the audio signal is an analog signal.
