Question # 3 : The test configuration shown in section 7.1 of the test report is not a correct setup. The EUT can not be tested as stand alone in bandwidth test. FCC permit-but-ask procedure specifies "Was the bandwidth properly tested with maximum audio input? Use a typical audio file from a typical device. e.g. do not use a 1 kHz signal from a signal generator." Please redo bandwidth test with correct setting and with maximum audio input. The test lab shouldindicate in the report that the tuning controls were manually adjusted to verify maximum tuning range." Was the bandwidth properly tested with maximum audio input? <Answer> Yes, The EUT has an audio input port, so the input port was connected to an iPod which was playing a MP3 song.
