SafeShine·Apple Lover User Manual Please read this manual before using Apple Lover, and keep it for future reference. Apple Lover is a protection device, which protects your iPhone/iPad in term of pairing your iPhone/iPad with it. Key function On/Off Button: on the left side of the device. Alarm speaker. on the left side of the device, down below the "On/Off Button" . Micro USB charge port: on the bottom side of the device. Using Apple Lover Turn off Apple Lover: Press and hold the On/Off Button for 2 seconds until the device tick once Mute Apple Lover: When the device is under "Alarm State", press shortly the On/Off Button . Pairing Apple Lover with iPhone/iPad: press and hold the On/Off Button for 5 seconds until the device tick three times. 1. Normal Pairing and Connecting (1). Download and install "SafeShine Alert" from "App Store" on your iPhone/iPad. (2). Set Pairing Connection between iPhone/iPad and Apple Lover A. Turn on the "Bluetooth": Press "Home" Button, tap "Settings" and slide the "Bluetooth" button to turn it on. B. Run "SafeShine Alert" and tap "Add tag", the system will start searching for "Apple Lover". 1 C. Press and hold the On/Off button for 5 seconds, then the Apple Lover will tick for 3 times, which means the device is ready for pairing with iPhone/iPad. Meanwhile, on the iPhone/iPad, the "SafeShine"device can be found under scanning list shown as below, and a "Paring Request" message will automatically pop-up. Select "Pair" and tap SafeShine, the screen is shown as below: To settle the pairing connection between Apple Lover and your iPhone/iPad, you can tap"Find tag", the Apple Lover will start alarming continuously, and then tap "Silence tag", the Apple Lover will stop alarming, the pairing connection settled. 2. Software setting Set the Link Loss Alarm Level: Run "SafeShine Alert" , tap "SafeShine", and select Configure, the alarm level can be set under this page . On Tag: High (Beep+Vibrate); Low (Beep); Off(None) On Phone: High(Alarm+Message); Low(Message); Off(None) "Location Tracking" helps you locate the last "connection position" by GPS "Find tag" helps you locate your Apple Lover. 3. Repairing setting 2 Apple Lover may lose connection with its pairing iPhone/iPad normally because of misoperation, those cases will need repairing setting. One typical misoperation case is that under normal pairing state, you press and hold the On/Off Button for several seconds, the previous paired setting will be canceled.Therefore, the Apple Lover need be repaired For Repairing, you need to delete the previous paired setting. Follow the steps as below: (1) Turn on "Bluetooth", tap "Safeshine", and tap "Forget this device". (2) Run "SafeShine Alert" , go into Configure page, tap "Del Tag" and select Yes: Then repeat the steps Normal Pairing and Connecting . 4. FAQS A. Why the Apple Lover tick every 10 minutes when its battery level is less than 40%? It helps to remind you of charging the Apple Lover. B. How to turn on Apple Lover when it is automatically powered off in low battery? Please fully recharge your Apple Lover and turn it on C. How to turn off the prompt message on the iPhone/iPad because of losing connection with your Apple Lover? Run "SafeShine Alert" program, tap SafeShine, select Configure>On Phone > tap Off . 3 D. How to find the Apple Lover? Run"SafeShine Alert" program, select SafeShine>Configure>Find tag. E. Why sometimes the Apple Lover failed to pair with iPhone/iPad? Before re-pairing, make sure the Apple Lover is fully charged and the previous pairing setting has been deleted. F. What if you don’t want to use the device sometimes? Just turn it off . G. Why the Apple Lover keep alarming after abnormal restart of iPhone/iPad? Rerun the"SafeShine Alert" program. H. How to exit the alarm state after the device starting alarming? Press the On/Off Button shortly can change the device from alarm state to mute state. 5. Cautions A. Prohibit using in flight. B. Charge the battery regularly to extend battery life if long time no used. (Suggestion: one time every one or two months.) C. The maximum transmit power is 1 mW of our products, it will be no harm with body. To avoid wrong judgment, make sure distinguish between product alert tone and other tones. D. Keep away from moisture. E. Wide scope of application. Only be used by Children less than 3 of age under the monitor of parents. F. As there are kinds of disturb signals caused by complicated outside circumstances, it is normal that our products may alarm shortly sometimes. G.The company shall be irresponsible for what the personal valuables lost caused by automatically powered off or misoperate. H. Make sure to use the device where the temperature is between 0°Cand 35°C, otherwise the service life of battery will be shortened.
