Please note that further comments may arise in response to answers provided to the questions below. 1. The manual for the device says that by pressing the transmitter key the first time that the transmitter has “successfully connected with the RX”. Please explain this function. Please verify that this does not mean that the transmitter is in any way transmitting a signal to the receiver except when and only when the transmitter key is pressed. 2. Please note that you have provided the manual as the operational description for this device. Please note that this is not an operational description (i.e. it does not provide a description of how the device works.) Please provide an operational description of the device. Please verify in this operational description that the device has no automatic transmitting functions and that the device operates only by pressing the transmit key button. 3. Please verify that this device is strictly for the purpose of and is restricted to the transmission of a control signal. 4. Please provide the equipment code for the device on the 731 form. 5. Please complete the information about the person signing the 731 form (complete section IV giving address and email of the person signing the 731.) Operational Description

CL-103 Mommy I’m Here CHILD LOCATOR BATTERY REPLACEMENT: 1. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws on the back of the Transmitter (TX) & Receiver (RX) and then remove the battery cover. 2. Follow the marked battery polarities to install 2 CR2032 Lithium batteries (included) for the Receiver and 1 12V battery (included) for the Transmitter. 3. Replace battery covers for each component. OPERATIONAL DESCRIPTION: 1. Turn on the Teddy Bear Receiver (RX) unit. Illumination of the RED LIGHT indicates that the RX is ready to cooperate with Transmitter (TX). Press the button on the TX. You will hear 3 beeping signals. After this, the beeping sound will stop. This indicates that the TX has successfully connected with the RX. Please note that when the TX connects to the RX, it does not mean that the transmitter transmits constantly. The signals only function as a reminder to users that the transmitter and the receiver are connected. Instead, the transmitter only transmits and performs its function to locate the receiver when users press the button on the transmitter. 2. Once the TX is connected to the RX, use the back clip to attach the RX to your child’s shoes while keeping the TX on your person. To use the device and locate your child, press the button on the TX again. The receiver will continuously sound one long and three short beeps for 5 seconds to help you locate the position of your child within the effective distance (above 150 feet). Range may vary from place to place depending on the environment. 3. After turning on the RX, the LED light flashes every 20 seconds and gives out a beep sound, it is indicating the battery power is poor. At this point the batteries should be replaced. NOTE: 1. Always turn the RX to the off position when not in use. 2. *Signal strength can be effected by radio interference and geographic location. CAUTION: Changes or modifications are not expressly approved by the manufacturer could void the user's authority to operate the equipment. Changes or modifications to the device may void FCC and CE compliance. Infrequently used radio links should be tested regularly to protect against undetected interference or fault. DISCLAIMERS: 1.
