Q#1: According to ANSI C63.4:2003, section 12.1.4.1, hand-held devices shall include rotation of the EUT through three orthogonal axes to determine the attitude that maximizes the emissions. Please confirm EUT has been verified with three orthogonal axes during the test. [Answer] We did test the EUT by the XY, XZ and YZ planes. But, I omitted the comment. So, I revised test report on page 10 & 12. Q#2: Page 12 of test report indicates the highest levels of radiated emissions on both polarizations of horizontal and vertical, but the polarization shown the table for same frequencies all are in horizontal, please revise. [Answer] We did test radiated emissions on both horizontal and vertical. For the worst case, I recorded max. value at horizontal . So I think it's no problem. Q#3: This device's user manual can't be kept as confidential because it's not for OEM used only nor it's not a service manual used only by qualified technicians. For your information that User manual requested to be kept in confidentiality should be approved by FCC before grant. Therefore, please remove the block diagram and those critical information from the user manual and revise the confidential request letter. [Answer] I did revise the confidential request letter which is removed.
