Product Service GmbH Declaration concerning RF-Exposure Federal Communication Commission Re: application for FCC ID: SYZKR24GT We hereby indicate that the product: Wireless Digital Tour Guide System is considered to be portable transmitter for General Population/Uncontrolled exposure. This device and its transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. A safety statement will be integrated in the user’s manual to provide end-users with transmitter operating instructions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. As Wireless Digital Tour Guide System is a spread spectrum device according to rule part 15.247 equipment class B it is excluded from routine environmental evaluation for RF exposure as it does not fall under the product categories listed in Section 2.1093 of the FCC’s rules. The maximum transmitter conducted output power is: 10.59 mW (10.25 dBm) That is far below the low threshold of ≀ 60/f (GHz) (24,3 mW @ 2473 MHz) where SAR evaluation is typically not required for FCC or TCB approval.
