Users Manual

Balance Board for Wii™ console User Manual The contents of this package include: •1 Balance Board for Wii™; •4 AA batteries; •User instruction manual; Features: • Fully compatibility with all Wii Fit games; • Built-in sensors for all motion-sensing control game play; • Wireless connection to Wii™ console up to 10 feet; • A LCD display for addition function units; • Build in electronic weighing-scale unit, include both kg and pound unit of weight; • Build in timer unit of game play time; • Excellent ergonomic design crafted; Function Diagram: How to use: The Balance Board is designed to be used with a Wii console and a Wii Remote or Wii Remote and Nunchuk™ (Not include). *The Balance Board connection (Synchronization) • Open the battery compartment on the underside of the Balance Board and insert 4 AA batteries, please ensuring correct polarity; • Connect power and turn on the Wii TM console; • Press the SYNC. button once respectively in the Balance Board and Wii console to Synchronize; •When the Power LED lights up from flash status, Synchronization is success. •The Balance Board is ready to use. * SET Button and CLEAR Button: •SET Button: Press the SET button to change addition function modes of the Balance Board; The Balance Board is a Weighing-scale(kg) mode when it is powered up, Press the "SET" button continuously, the function modes will be changed in following cycle: Weighing-scale (kg) ——> Weighing-scale (lb) ——> Game play timer (ST) ——> Motion Counter (Cou) ——> Calorie Expenditure(Cal)——>Weighing-scale(kg) •CLEAR Button: Press CLEAR button to clear the previous data to zero in current mode. *How to weigh (As a Weighing-scale): • Press SET button to change the Balance Board to Weighing-scale mode (kg) or Weighing-scale mode (lb), There is data “0” displayed in the LCD display; •Get on Foot/Hand area of the Balance Board and keep your body steadily; • When the data value is locked from flash status in the LCD display, this data value is your weight. * Game play Timer mode(ST): •The Game play Timer will automatic run when power is on, So your game play time will always be recorded. •Press SET key to check you played game time. • The Game play Timer will automatic be reset when lost power or enter sleep mode. Standby mode(Power saving): Standby mode • The Balance Board will automatically enter standby mode if not in use for a period of time. To exit standby mode for recall, simply press POWER button in the back side of the Balance Board. Troubleshooting Tips: The Balance Board is not working: • The Balance Board may be in standby mode (refer to Standby Mode Instructions) • Change the batteries in the Balance Board • Ensure the Balance Board is properly synchronized with the Wii™ console • Refer to the Wii™ console Instruction Manual for more troubleshooting tips Caution: 1.To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose this unit to rain or moisture. Do not use the product close to wet, excessive moisture environment, such as swimming pools, bathtubs, or sinks, etc. 2.To avoid electrical shock, do not disassemble. Refer servicing to qualified personnel only. 3.The product should be operated only from the power source indicated on the unit. If you are not sure of the type of electrical power supplied to your home, contact your local power company. 4.Never push objects of any kind, other than authorized items, into the product as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short out parts that could result in fire or electrical shock. 5.Stop using this unit immediately if you begin to feel tired or if you experience discomfort or pain in your hands and/or arms while operating the product. If the condition persists, consult a doctor. 6.Do not attempt to operate the unit in any way except with your hands. 7.The vibration function of this product (if available) can aggravate injuries. Switch off or do not use the vibration function of the product if you have any ailment of the bones or joints of your hands or arms. 8.Avoid prolonged use of this product. Take breaks every 30 minutes. 9. Route all cords so that they are not likely to be walked on or tripped over. Make sure that cords are not placed in positions or areas where they may become pinched or damaged. Do not wrap this cord around any part of anyone's body. 10.Do not allow children to play with cords. 11.This product contains small parts that may cause choking if swallowed. Not intended for use by children under 3 years of age. 12. Operational Description

Circuit Principle description: This Balance Board controller is used for Wii TM console. The Balance Board communicates with Wii TM console by wireless technology. The frequency range of wireless transceiver is 2.402 GHZ to 2480MHZ, It work in Frequency-Hopping Spread Spectrum mode. Modulation type for MSK. The system clock is 12MHZ,Use a PCB antenna. In the Balance Board, Main chip GH7610 receives all game control data and wireless communicates with Wii TM console by wireless module GH2705A. The system clock is 12 MHZ, a 4xAA power supply. Four Weight Sensor receive weight signal and send to Signal Amplifier(SGM8922). Signal Amplifier enhance the signal and send them to MCU(GH7160). Then the MCU convert different Weight signal to game control signal and send them to wireless module(GH2705A) for wireless communicates with Wii TM console, also, the MCU send the signal to LCD display for weight, timer and other display. In same time the Balance Board receives game signal from Wii TM console, such as game LED indicator and wireless connect signal.
