ICON Wireless Controller For PS®3 Congratulations on your purchase of the ICON 2.4GHz Wireless Controller for the PS®3. The contents of this package include: 1 – ICON 2.4GHz Wireless Controller For PS®3 1 – ICON Receiver Dongle 1 – ICON USB Charge Cable (.8m) 1 – Warranty Card 1 – User Manual Function Diagram Features * 2.4GHz Wireless Technology 2.4GHz wireless technology allows you to play up to 10 meters away from the PS®3 console. Enjoy the freedom of playing your favourite game completely untethered. * Multiplayer Connect up to seven wireless controllers at one time for multiplayer action. In order to avoid conflicts between multiple working controllers, each controller is issued its own unique ID. *Battery and Charging The built-in Lithium battery lasts up to 30 hours on a single charge. Use the USB cable (included) to charge the controller with the PS®3 console or a PC. Please be aware that the PS®3 console or PC must be powered on during charging. NOTE - Do not use a charge voltage greater than DC 5V. *LED Charge Indicator Charging: Red LED will flash slowly Fully Charged: Red LED will glow solid Low Battery: Red LED flash quickly *Sleep (Power Saving) Mode: The controller has a built-in a Sleep (Power Saving) Mode that will activate under the following conditions: a) When the controller is not synchronized with the receiver and the controller has remained inactive for more than 30 seconds; b) When the controller is synchronized with the receiver and the controller has remained inactive for 5 minutes The Player Indicator LED will turn off when sleep mode is activated. Simply press the "HOME" button to wake the controller from sleep mode and press the "HOME" button again to active the wireless connection. *Compatibility The controller is compatible with all PS®3 consoles and most PS®3 games. However, the controller does not feature SIXAXIS and/or RUMBLE . 2.4GHz Wireless Connection (Synchronization) 1. Turn on the PS®3 console 2. Plug the receiver dongle into an available USB port on the PS®3 console 3. Press the "HOME" button on the controller to synchronize the controller with the PS®3 console. (If the connection is successful, the light will glow solid blue. If the connection is unsuccessful, the light will continue to flash) An automatic connection will now be established between the controller and the receiver when the PS®3 console is powered on. Simply press the "HOME" button to active the connection. WARNING • Read, understand and follow all instructions, cautions and warnings listed in this manual and in the Playstation Operations Manual. Failure to follow instructions could result in personal injury or damage to the console. • The controller must be used with care to avoid injury. The manufacturer will not be liable for injuries resulting from improper use of the controller. • If you have any physical conditions, consult with a physician before using the controller. • Stop using this product and consult a doctor if you or your child have any of the following symptoms: Convulsions, Loss of Awareness, Involuntary movements, Eye or Muscle Twitching, Altered Vision and/or Disorientation. • Stop using this product immediately if you begin to feel tired or if you experience discomfort or pain in your hands and/or arms while operating the product. If the condition persists, consult a doctor. • The vibration function of this product (if available) can aggravate injuries. Switch off or do not use the vibration function of the product if you have any ailment of the bones or joints of your hands or arms. • Avoid prolonged use of this product. Take breaks every 30 minutes. • Route all cords so that they are not likely to be walked on or tripped over. Make sure that cords are not placed in positions or areas where they may become pinched or damaged. Do not wrap the cord around any part of anyone's body. • Do not allow children to play with cords. • Do not use additional attachments other than those recommended or provided by the manufacturer unless otherwise specified. • Do not submerse the controller in water or expose the controller to heavy moisture. • Do not operate the controller in or near water. • Do not operate the controller with wet hands. • Do not use the controller in any way other than its intended use. • Do not use the controller if damaged in any way. • Do not disassemble any part of the controller. • This product contains small parts that may cause choking if swallowed. Not intended for use by children under 3 years of age. • Keep away from areas where dirt or liquid can get into the controller. • Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. • Store in areas away from dust and humidity. • Use a dry cloth to clean the controller; never use chemicals. Operational Description

Circuit Principle description: This 2.4G wireless conroller used for PS3 console. The controller communicates with PS3 console by main chip MTF0300RX of the Dongle and MTF0300TX for the controller, The communication between the Dongle and the Controller use a true single chip 2.4 GHz RF transceiver module in each other. The 2.4GHz RF transceiver module Frequency range is 2.402 GHZ to 2480MHZ, They are working in Frequency-Hopping Spread Spectrum mode. Modulation type for MSK. The max power out at 1dbm for game data communication from Controller to Dongle, For the module, The system clock is 26MHZ,Use a PCB antenna, impedance matching at 2.4GHZ band, Wireless communications distance up to 15 meters. For the Controller,The main chip MTF0300TX processes all game control data to 2.4GHZ module for sending to Dongle.The system clock is 12 MHZ, Build in a Li-ion battery with USB charging circuit for power supply, Charging by USB port with DC5V. when charging by USB,the product can’t normanl operation. LDO output DC3.0 V used for the main system.
