Operational Description

Operation Description of the Remote Control Car System. A) The Remote Control Unit ( Transmitter) Once the push power on switch, The control signal switch: TWU 1 (forward) TWU2(Backward), TWU3(Turn Left) TWU4(Turn Right) and EA1(Turbo) sending the corresponding signal to TX Module pin: S1, S2, S3, S4 and X1 respectively. The TX Module’s Encoder Control Circuit Unit generate the approximate required control signal and combine with 27.145 MHz Oscillation frequency, then modulate to precisely transmitter frequency. Finally the modulated 27.145MHz radio frequency is transmitted out via the transmission antenna. B) The Remote Control Car Main Unit: The receiver antenna (Ant module 1 from receiver circuit) receives the modulated 27.145MHz signal from TX module. The received signal is sent to RX-module’s Base band Control Function Decoder Unit for signal demodulation. The demodulate Unit(RX module) send out signal to Q15 (for forward), Q17 (for backward), Q11 (Turn Right), Q12 for (Turn left) and Q3 (Turbo), these transistors amplifier the signal and drive motor unit.
