System Installation 1.1 Sensor Parts 1.1.1 Installation Instructions: Install the sensor onto the hub by screwing the valve nut with the torque of 4N.m(±0.5)to make sure reliable installation. There should be a gap of 0-0.5mm between the curved face of the sensor and the hub. As shown below: 1.1.2 Installation Steps: ①Unscrew the valve nut of the sensor, get the valve end through the valve socket of the hub; Va l v e P a r t s Va l v e C a p Valve Nut Rubber Washer Valve Stem Installation Guide for Sensor TSB06 3 ② Screw the sensor nut on and tighten it with 12mm sleeve. Torque is 4N.m(±0.5); ③Mount the rubber tubes; ④Inflate the tire to standard pressure and check whether there is leakage in the connection part of the valve core and locknut with the soap solution; ⑤Screw the valve cap to finish the installation; ⑥Balance the tire and install onto the vehicle; ⑦Activate the sensor.
