The manufacturer does not take any responsibility on the sales of products nor entrust the responsibility to a 3rd party. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to parts replaced without the manufacturer's consent. Motosonic provides a one year limited warranty. Costs to repair may be charged to the consumer while the product is still under warranty if the product is returned due to the following reasons : 1. Improper maintenance 2.
