A phone-cloner or copied phone’s user will be sentenced to 3 years’ imprisonment or s imposed a fine of 20 million won by Radio regulation law. Anyone who provides or is provided ESN of mobile phone will be sentenced to 3 years’ s imprisonment or imposed a fine of 20 million won by the privacy protection law.
