For instance, while the heart rate monitor may typically provide an accurate estimate of a user’s heart rate, there are inherent limitations with the technology that may cause some of the heart rate readings to be inaccurate under certain circumstances, such as the fit of the device, physiology of the user and the type and intensity of the activity. The Product will not precisely track each calorie burned or each step taken, and will not precisely report pace, distance covered, heart rate, or sleep. The Product, including its operating system and any heart rate sensors located on the Product (if applicable), is not a medical device and is intended for general wellness/fitness purposes only.
