It encodes analogue signals of traditional cameras to digital signals; the user can monitor real-time video via IE browser. MPEG4 compression format supports smooth video quality. In addition, it also supports JPEG. HVT-01HTW supports SD card backup to save video files and playback on any PC. In addition, the user can control this HVT-01HTW with an easy-control user interface via IE browser to build a home surveillance. The user can use HVT-01HTW to connect any IP camera via IE browser within Internet or Intranet. It can decode MPEG4 or JPEG compression format and transfer analogue signals to TVs, CRT monitors or DVR systems. I. This Security Video Camera system meets all the requirements as specified in FCC Part 15.249. Because of its simplicity regarding test requirements, many Manufacturers submit jobs with low level output power (maximum 94dBuV/m) under 15.249 for devices operating in the same frequencies as Part 15.247 devices. I do not believe there is a rule against this and there are many Certifications on the FCC Web Site such as this. The applicant specified they used video for actual testing. The Band Edge measurement at the low band edge and high band edge show the Occupied Bandwidth with the trailing edges showing compliance with the 54 dBuV/m limits. The signal was modulated with live data as shown in the Test Setup. This is true for the ancillary/support devices as well. Because of the very low emissions, FCC Part 15.249 was selected by them. In summary, for FCC Part 15.249, radiated output power at the fundamental shall not exceed 94 dBuV/m average level. For the spurious radiated emissions, they must meet Part 15.209 requirements average level. Finally, band edge measurements (occupied bandwidth) must show compliance with the 15.209 limits. This Part 15.249 is similar to FCC Part 15.227 regarding simplicity. EUT Description and Test Methods (A) The Equipment under test (EUT) is VIDEO TRANSCEIVER model HVT-01HTW and WEB SERVER model HWS-01HD. Their difference is that HTV-01HTW can output image, after decoding but HWS-01HDW cannot do it. The EUT serves function of real-time video recording over Internet by wireless or Ethernet network connection. The EUT supports SD card as storage medium for local video recording. The working frequency for wireless connection is 2412-2462MHz. Power adaptor supplies EUT 12Vdc from ac mains. For more detail information about the EUT, please refer to the user’s manual. (B) Test Method: According to the major function designed, the EUT placement on test table was arranged alone to proceed with test. The test was carried out on EUT operational condition of Tx-On mode: continuous transmission state. The worst-case test result of each test mode was recorded and provided in this report. (C) At the frequencies where the peak values of the emission exceeded the quasi-peak limit, the emissions were also measured with the quasi-peak detectors. The average detector also measured the emission either (A) quasi-peak values were under quasi-peak limit but exceeded average limit, or (B) peak values were under quasi-peak limit but exceeded average limit. To make EUT can touch directly between upper iron case and lower iron case. 2.Adding conductive shielding gasket: a.The edge of lower iron case of EUT stick conductive shielding gasket and make sure that it can touch upper iron case. b.Adding conductive shielding gasket on the iron case of LAN port. 3.Adding a core to the adapter.
