Garden Speaker Operating Instruction (for FCC approval process) 12/02/06 Power Unit Battery Installation 1.Please shut the power, Then unscrew the top cap from βcloseβ to βopenβ. 2.Insert 5 βAAβ batteries, Follow the polarity indications inside the compartment and be sure to install batteries as indicated. 3.Screw the top cap from clockwise till the indicators in one level. Operating the Unit NOTE: The unit can be operated either with the control buttons located on the top of the power unit or with the remote control. 1.According to the indications to match the channel and the sound channel. 2.Cut into the garden soil from tip, and keep stable. 3.Press on/off power button on the top of the unit upon, the indicator light will be on. After doing above all, the unit can work on finely Transmitter Battery Installation. 1,Open the battery door on the back of unit. 2.Insert 3βAAAβ batteries, follow the polarity indications inside the compartment and make sure to install the batteries as indicated. 3.Close the battery door as the same before. Transmitter Synchronization 1.The frequency between main unit and transmitter has been synchronized at the factory. However, if the transmitter does not work properly, please perform the following: 2. Install fresh batteries in the transmitter and power unit. 3. Press the Power button on the main unit so it is ON. The LED indicator will light. 4. Slide the up & down button to CH1 on top of the transmitter unit when keep the button CH1 as the indication on the top of operation pan covered by the top cap. And CH2 on the transmitter unit should match the CH2 on the master unit. 5. This procedure should synchronize the transmitter and the power unit. NOTE: Please turn off the power when finish the musical performance on the master unit. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
