Users Manual

A .Features 1、 Music supported in MP3/WMA formats, FM transmission 2、 7 frequency bands supported: 106.7、106.9、107.1、107.3、 107.5、107.7、107.9 3、 Line In/Out interface for earphone and audio frequency devices such as CD, VCD, DVD, MP3, computer. 4、 Can be used as U drive for file storage. B. User Instructions 1、Download music in MP3/WMA formats from your computer to the Car Music Player using the USB cable attached. 2、Insert the Car Music Player in the cigarette adaptor when the electricity system in your car is turned on. 3、Select the transmision frequency for the Car Music Player based on the local usage of frequency and set the requency for the Car Music Player as selected. 4、Turn on the radio in your car and set the reception frequency as selected. The Car Music Player is now ready to play. 5、Adjust the volume to your desired level. 6、Push “<<” or “>>”to select the music you wish to play. F. Notes 1、 Music formats of MP3/WMA only. 2、 12V car power supply. 24V can be supplied upon request. 3、 Do not let Car Music Player sit idle for long term in cigarette adaptor and keep your Car Music Player in safe storage. 4、 Switch to a different frequency if you get too much interference static noise 5、 Press and hold down PLAY/PAUSE key, system records the current requency being used and music being played and then shuts down automatically. 6、 Music damaged or virus affected will not play properly and should be deleted or virus cleared. 7、 Please refer to the User Manual for what else not specified herein.

(see attached photos) Installation: The device is plugged into the vehicle cigarette lighter Test procedure: Unit was tested in a chamber using an audio (music) MP3 file that produced the widest possible BW (Verified by lab) Tuning Range: The lab has verified that the device will NOT tune outside of the range 88 - 108MHz Bandwidth: The lab has verified that they device was tested with the maximum audio input level to produce the widest possible BW Looking forward to your reply, David Response: Greetings, The data is quasi peak measurements indicate that the radiated emissions are 58 dBuv. The limit is 48 dBuv. The tables indicate that the device radiated emissions are below the limit. I would like to see an average measurement graph that shows that this device is below the limit instead of a table indicating that it is below the limit as proof. The PEAK, AVG and QP radiated emissions data shown in the report is BELOW the AVG limit. However your reply (copied below) indicates an emission level ABOVE the limit. ( as high as 58 dBuV). FCC REPLY: “The data is quasi peak measurements indicate that the radiated emissions are 58 dBuv. The limit is 48 dBuv. The tables indicate that the device radiated emissions are below the limit. I would like to see an average measurement graph that shows that this device is below the limit instead of a table indicating that it is below the limit as proof. When this is done, I would like it placed in the test report as an appendix.” Are you referring to the BW plots when referencing that 58dBuV level? If so, please keep in mind that the BW is a measurement of the BW and not necessarily performed in a test setup that would be appropriate for a radiated emissions measurement (Ex: measured on a bench with a near field probe), as such, it does not seem it should be evaluated against radiated emissions criteria. There appears to be nothing in the radiated emissions section of the report that would indicate a failing result. Please clarify your above reply.
