Please reply to the following items. If you have questions, please ask and I will try to explain. Q1: Test setup photos show only radiated setup. Please provide test setup photos to include conducted setups. Q2: No power line conducted or radiated emissions test data < 1GHz is included in the test report as referenced in 3.1.7 and 3.1.8. As this device is considered a "peripheral device" according to FCC rules, and the FCC Declaration of Conformity labeling is used, please confirm that this device has been shown to comply with the requirements of FCC Part 15 for power line conducted and radiated emissions using the Declaration of Conformity procedure. Q3: Antenna specifications were not included in the filing. Please provide an antenna specification exhibit for the antenna used for the measurements. Q4: The ERP and EIRP values and antenna gains used for MPE calculations on pages 78 and 79 of the test report do not agree with results reported on pages 9-11. Please provide revised data or additional explanation in the MPE calculations. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and forfeiture of the filing fee. To complete item Q2, since this device is considered a "peripheral device" according to FCC rules, it must comply with the radiated and conducted requirements in Part 15.107 and 15.109. This compliance can be by the DoC procedure or by the Certification procedure. Your laboratory as listed at FCC (Reg. 805871) is acceptable for DoC test. If the DoC procedure will be used, we need minimum your statement confirming that this product complies with Class B radiated and conducted limits of part 15 when tested in a typical host configuration. We also need the name and address of the laboratory who made the test. If DoC procedure will be used, we will use the label submitted initially. The other possibility is to use the Certification procedure. To use the certification procedure, you would need to submit a composite application with exhibits and test report for the composite JBP equipment code. (b) When measuring the emission limits, the nominal carrier frequency shall be adjusted as close to the licensee’s frequency block edges, both upper and lower, as the design permits. (c) The measurement of emission power can be expressed in peak or average values, provided they are expressed in the same parameters as the transmitter power. 3.1.2 Occupied Bandwidth The 99% power bandwidth was measured with a calibrated spectrum analyzer. 3.1.3 Spurious and Harmonic Emissions at Antenna Terminal The level of the carrier and the various conducted spurious and harmonic frequencies is measured by means of a calibrated spectrum analyzer. The spectrum is scanned from the lowest frequency generated in the equipment up to 10 GHz(PCS Mode:20GHz). The high- pass filter is to limit the fundamental frequency from interfering with the measure…
