The case for storing your earbuds also charges them. For best performance, we recommend you charge the case fully before using your earbuds. Insert the USB-C charging cable into the charging jack on the bottom of the case. Plug the other end of the charging cable into a USB power source (like a computer or a USB charger). The indicator light on the bottom of the case flashes red while case is charging. The light turns solid red when the case is fully charged. 1. Charge the case2. Turn on the earbuds3. Bluetooth Wireless Connection Tips • Make sure the Bluetooth capability of your device is turned on. • The earbuds’ Bluetooth wireless connection works up to a range of roughly 33 feet (10 meters). This range may vary, however, based on other factors, such as room layout, wall material, obstacles, your device’s Bluetooth performance, etc. If you’re having problems connecting to the earbuds, move closer to your phone. • Make sure your device supports audio transfer A2DP. • If your device asks you for a password to connect, use “0000”. To manually pair the earbuds Your earbuds always automatically attempt to reconnect to the last connected device. If you want to pair to a different device, try turning off Bluetooth on the last connected device. Then follow the directions for pairing and connecting with a new device. Listening to music To play/pause music: Press the back of either earbud. To increase volume: Double press the back of the right earbud. The earbud beeps and volume increases. To decrease volume: Double press the back of the left earbud. The earbud beeps and volume decreases. To go to the next song: Triple press the back of the right earbud. To go to the previous song: Triple press the back of the left earbud. Using your phone’s intelligent assistant To access your phone’s intelligent assistant: Press and hold the back of either earbud until you hear a beep, then release. IMPORTANT: Not all phones support playback control and phone answer/end control.
