Velcro the wireless PTT to finger or other devices such as motorcycle handle bar or a gun shaft. Then turn the radio back on and adjust the volume to appropriate level. Press and hold the Wireless PTT to start transmitting and release to receive. If you feel uncomfortable with the Default Ear Tip in your ear, replace with the Small Ear Tip. 1.You should check that the serial number on the Wireless PTT matches that of the Receiving PTT. If they do not match, contact your vendor or follow the instruction of Rematching wireless PTT. 2.Each time before connecting the wireless PTT adaptor to the radio, please turn off the radio and then turn it on after the adaptor is connected. 3.Keep the Receiving PTT at least 3 cm away from the antenna when using. Otherwise the working range could be shortened. A working range of 1.5m between the Wireless PTT and Receiving PTT is guaranteed if the instruction is followed. 4.The earpiece should have a roger beep and the radio on/off LED should be turned on when the wireless PTT is pressed. Circuit Description: This product uses the 915MHz public frequency and the FSK modulation system which is in favor of anti-electromagnetic interference, also its transmitting module and receiving modules has good anti-electromagnetic interference ability, moreover, the spike surface acoustic ware filter used by the receiving part plays an important role in raising the wireless PTT’s anti-interference ability. Press PTT when the user needs to deliver words, then the SCM(Single Chip Micyoco) would start to work and carry out the procedure in the chip, and then output the signal to the RF module. Meanwhile, the 10M Hz Crystal Oscillator begin to vibrate to drive the RF chip to work. The RF chip would match the network through an antenna after working, and transmit the particular signal of the 915 M Hz. Antenna, Ground, and Power Source The antenna using built-in forms, which consists of a φ1.0×6.8cm wire around in the PTT. There is no external ground connection. The ground is only that of the printed circuit board. Electric current of the transmitting part is supplied by a 3.0 Volt Lithium batteries. Electrical source of the receiving part is supplied by interphone.
