What you should do if the box dies or the button has no response Press the power button of Remote control for 15 seconds, it will be powered off and the power light will be off and it will reset after press the power button of remote control Q2 .What to do if the Android TV box can not be opened properly or there is no screen output? Pls check as following steps: 1) Check if the light is on, if no light, check if the power is connected properly . 2) Check If there is signal output on the TV screen, if not, check if the audio cable is connected properly, and if the TV is set to the correct video channel outputs ( HDMI or CVBS output) 3) Remove SD card or removable hard disk or USB disk on the device. Plug in again when the boot normal. 4) Since the third-party software canbe installed, find out the conflicting software, pls delete them Q3:What to do if the movie can notplay properly? First check if themovie’s format is supportedby the android system, Next make sure thedevice operates properly.the unit and play the movie for verification.
