I have addressed to your comments as follows. 1. The Confidentiality Request does not list the Operational Description. If confidential treatment is also sought for the Operational Description, please revise the Confidentiality Request accordingly and resubmit it. 1 . Answer The customer describes that the Operational Description does not need to be listed in the Confidentiality Request. 2. Section 15.209(c) states that the level of unwanted emissions must not exceed the level of the fundamental emission. The fundamental field strength, as shown in the data table in Section 10.2 of the test report (p. 16), is 40.9 dBuV/m at 3m, but multiple unwanted emissions shown in this same data table have levels that exceed this, as do emissions at higher frequencies listed on the next page. Please address this apparent non-compliance with Section 15.209(c). 2 . Answer I have added the spectrums that show the transmitter is turned on and off, and also show emission frequencies larger than 40.9dBuV/m of the fundamental level are radiated from circuits which are not related to the transmitter. Please see attached Annex Spectrum Data(R1). RF ON: Same as the operation described in the test report. RF OFF: RF unit is powered off. If there is any problem, please let us know. Thank you.
