Further warranty information inside. User Guide and Controller Behavior 1. Initial Setup First press A/B/X/Y or the D-pad to wake up the controller. In the home screen, select [Controllers] > [Change Grip/Order]. Once on the pairing screen, press and hold the sync button at the top of the controller by the charging port. Hold for 2-3 seconds until the player indicator lights turn solid and you see the controller displayed on the screen. Tip: To unpair hold down the sync button for at least 1 second. 2. Charging the Controller When the controller is low on battery, the “function” button’s LED will blink RED every 30 seconds. Using the included USB-C cable, connect the controller to the Nintendo Switch dock. While charging, the player indicator LEDs will be on and RED. When the controller is fully charged, the LEDs will turn off.
