FAQ 1. How to re‐establish connection between keyboard & receiver if auto code pairing fails? If the keyboard fails to establish connection with the receiver, please replug the receiver into PC USB port, then press down the "Code Pair Button" at the back of the keyboard to execute code pairing, and finally press Windows Button or move the trackball to check whether or not code pairing has been successfully completed. 2. The keyboard is unable to work? A. Make sure the batteries are installed with correct orientation; B. Check whether or not the PC USB port is workable; C. Check whether or not the keyboard & receiver have been established connection successfully, if not, please execute code pairing manually; D. Change another pair of batteries. 3. Why trackball moves unsmoothly or moilingly? A. There might be much dust making the lens works in bad condition, if so, please clean the lens & related internal parts with cotton cloth moistened by alcohol; B. The batteries might be lack of power, if so, please change another pair of batteries. 4. Why can’t I enter into the BIOS after booting my PC?
