Limited single modular approval is sought as the modules will be installed in only Kelsius products under our control. Compliance to each of the requirements is described below. 1 The module does not have a shielding can and we are therefore requesting limited modular approval. 2 The modular transmitter has no modulation/data inputs. Please see schematics of the module for example 3 The modular transmitter must have its own power supply regulator. Please see schematics, the EUT has its own voltage regulation circuitry. 4 The modular transmitter complies with the antenna requirements of FCC sections 15.203 and 15.204(c) 5 The modular transmitter has been tested in a stand-alone configuration. 6 The modular transmitter must be labelled with its own FCC ID number. The EUT is labelled with its own FCC ID number 7 The modular transmitter is compliant with all applicable FCC rules. 8 The modular transmitter must comply with any applicable RF exposure requirements.
