Device types TC979 (FCC ID: ZDRTC979) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product certification for use at when properly worn on the body is 0.527W/kg. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the handset kept 0cm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 0 mm separation distance between the user's body and the back of the handset. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided. FCC WARNING This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. NOTE 1: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operational Description

Circuit Description 1.Baseband signal processing : The main chip MSM8260,It is the control center of the PAD, control the completion of various functions of the Tablet PC, and a crystal of 19.2MHz to provide clock frequency as base clock signal. 2.Power management : The main chip PM8058 and PM8901, PM8901 and PM8058 provides the PAD power supply, battery charging and discharging management. 3.WIFI circuit : The main WIFI circuit chip is WCN1314, Tx frequency is from 2412MHz to 2462MHz. 4. The storage device : the main chip 1GB LPDDR and 8GB iNAND memery , providing the entire PAD procedures, such as mail list storage. 5. The data communication port: provides a headset, USB interface function, the main chip is APQ8060, where APQ8060 is provided with an external computer serial communication function. 6. Screen display part : the main circuit is APQ8060, external LVDS drive IC connect to LCD; APQ8060 control the touch panel. 7. The Camera part : the main chip for the APQ8060 camera, the camera signal back end processing, PM8058 support camera circuit power supply. 8. Bluetooth : the main Bluetooth chip WCN2243, Tx frequency is from 2402MHz to 2480MHz. 9. Bluetooth and WIFI share the antenna. 10. Audio chip is QTR8615, it is audio codec.
