STAGE LIGHTING BRIEF INTRODUCTION QS-003 Technical Specification Power source: AC120V 60Hz Power: Max. 5W when flashing. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS  Read all instructions before using.  READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS  DANGER โ€“ To reduce the risk of electric shock, always unplug this flash light from the electrical outlet before cleaning.  WARNING โ€“ To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons: 1. Unplug from outlet before putting on or taking off parts. 2. Close supervision is necessary when this flash light is used by, or near children, invalids, or disabled persons. 3. Use this flash light only for its intended use as described in these instructions. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer. 4. Never operate this flash light if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the flash light to a service center for examination and repair. 5. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. 6. Never operate the flash light with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like. 7. Never drop or insert any object into any opening. 8. Do not use outdoors. 9. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.  This flash light is intended for use in a dry, indoor place. Installation and use shall be strict accordance with relevant instructions in this manual.  Do not place the flash light onto wet or uneven surfaces. Accidental falls may cause fire.  Do not put this flash light on a wet or uneven surface and avoid shock.  Disconnect this flash light from power immediately in case of malfunction. Do not resume use until it`s repaired.  Please unplug the power cord if you want to stop use of this unit for a long time.  Please keep this flash light out of reach of little children or pets.  Not for children playing.  Do not strip the parts lest of electric shock.  SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS Use & Maintenance Instructions  HOW TO USE 1. Adjust the handle of flash light to the lowest position (reference to figure 1). 2. Put this product onto a clean, stable and horizontal surface carefully (reference to figure 1), such as a table-top or cabinet-top, and connect to power. 3. Then the flash light will start to blink. You can use the speed control potentiometer to control potentiometer to control the blinking frequency. The speed will be increased when the potentiometer knob is turned clockwise, and decreased when the knob is turned counterclockwise.  PRODUCT CONTAINS THREE COLOR FILMS, RED, BLUE AND GREEN.  HOW TO ASSEMBLE COLOR FILM 1. Unscrew and remove the clear lens.- (reference to figure 2) 2. Place color film onto side of clear lens facing flashing strobe then tighten it by screw. - (reference to figure 3)  MAINTENANCE 1. Unplug this flash light from the electrical outlet before cleaning. 2. Do not wet any electric parts of this flash light. Please use a dry, soft cloth instead of sharp tools for cleaning. WARNING: 1. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this flash light has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way. 2. The handle use for taking only, do not for wall or ceiling mounting. We tested the Strobe Light, Model: QS-003, to determine if it was in compliance with the relevant FCC rules as marked on the Test Results Summary. We found that the unit met the requirement of FCC Part 18 when tested as received. The worst caseโ€™s test data was presented in this test report. Conclusion: The sample as received complied with the FCC Part 18 requirement. The production units are required to conform to the initial sample as received when the units are placed on the market.
