It should be placed in a clean and flat place, and be moisture-proof and waterproof. • Be careful not to place the treadmill on items such as thick carpets, so as not to affect the air circulation under the treadmill and cause heat dissipation problems. The electric treadmill is a special device, please do not modify it for other uses. • Only after confirming that the treadmill is installed in full accordance with the installation instructions can the power be turned on. • Plug the power cord into a power socket with a safety ground. Front Foot Pads 3.Incline adjustment: Lift the treadmill from the rear end and kick the incline adjustment bracket in the direction of the arrow in Figure 1, so that the treadmill can reach a higher incline, then rotate the middle foot pad downward until it is supported on the ground and maintain balance, as shown in Figure 2.
